Computer simulations are an important tool in the design of electrical power systems. The achievable accuracy of simulation depends primarily on the quality of the models used. Especially for electrochemical storage systems were suitable mathematical descriptions have hardly available.
The software ISET-LIB is a model for the simulation of Li-ion batteries, which is based on the replication of all relevant physical and electrochemical processes in such memories. Through this modeling approach, the dynamic behavior of any Li-ion batteries can reproduce only by specifying known design battery data.
