Photo and video recordings at events

During the public event at Fraunhofer IEE, photos and/or video recordings will be made and published in print and/or online or stored for documentary purposes. It is possible that you will be visible in these photos and videos. Please note that the images and videos may also be published outside the EU and the European Economic Area, and that these countries may not necessarily have an adequate level of data protection.

By participating in the event, you agree that photos or videos of you may be taken during the event and published as part of Fraunhofer IEE's public relations work and on its website. You also agree to the publication of these photos or videos on Fraunhofer IEE's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube (operator: Google)) and to the transfer of the photos and videos to the operators of these social media platforms.

If you do not want to be recognizable in group photos or videos and do not want these photos and videos to appear in the press, print media, and social media (see above), please let us know and revoke this consent in writing by email.
